La Spaziale UK have put together a range of comprehensive training packages that outline all of the important factors that go to make the perfect espresso.

This multilevel training programme is intended for anyone who has an interest in espresso coffee. The foundation level is intended for the masses, so anyone can gain a basic understanding of the machine, how it works, and what an excellent product they produce.

The next level is intended for barista's, which will look in more detail at the factors of the perfect espresso and how they can influence each factor.

Thirdly there is an advanced level that will again address all the issues outlined in the first two levels but look in greater depth and explore the science behind the espresso.

The intention is to make these training packages available through several different formats i.e. Road Show / Workshops, CD-ROM presentations and access through the La Spaziale UK web site.
